All right, so Rick, thank the mentorship of the program is to your success. Well, having no knowledge of real estate and you guys have the knowledge, it’s been tremendous help because even though it’s frustrating, you know, I’ve been working in medicine where from the time I get to work to the time on get off, I’m constantly moving. And this is a much slower pace than I’m used to. And, you know, I’m at my retirement age and I wanted to retire and do something because I can’t just sit still. And I want to do this until I decide I don’t want to do anything anymore. So that’s why I chose your company. It sounds the best deal for the buck and best way to make money. Yeah, there’s two months and you’re going to do your first deal. How long did they say it’s going to take you to close? Well, he said probably within less than a week or no more than two weeks. So it was a cash deal. Cool. So two months and you’re already doing your first deal. I know how confident were you on that first phone call that you made back to the motivated seller? Uh, about 50 percent confident. And then when I set up the meeting and went through the house and was a little called when I saw the house on the inside, you know, when I saw that I thought nobody’s going to buy this and I was wrong. If somebody’s going to buy this, then I can find a better property and somebody’s going to pay a little more for that. And so it got me into the realm of thinking, you know, these ugly houses or they have somebody that wants them. Yep. Were you given much opposition by the seller? Uh, no, no, no, he, he was in a situation and like you said in the notes and on the video, most of these sellers are in a situation where they need to sell or want to sell because of something else going on in their life. And this is one that something else was going on. This house was given to him by his aunt and he was going to redo it and fix it up. And, uh, his wife became pregnant. So money went to doctors appointments and things of that nature. And he said, okay, he even came down on his price. And after talking to him and that. So I thought that was a, I thought, wow, this is, this is cool. It’s too easy, but it seems complicated. You know, I don’t know how to describe rather than easy with complications, but it’s not complicated if you just follow the steps. And I mean, I’ve been reading and rereading and watching these videos over and over again and, and, uh, because having no background in real estate, this is all new to me. And it’s starting to make a little sense as we proceed forward. So fear will slow you down. I guess it does. So what, what do you think of the training? I mean, did, did you get pretty much everything you needed to be able to succeed and get where you are right now? Yes. Um, do you think with that, that just about anybody could do it? Uh, yeah, I can do it without any major, uh, computer experience. Then yes, I think anybody can do it. I mean, talking to people, I have no problem talking to people because I’ve been, you know, throughout my career, I’ve talked to nothing, but a lot of sick people. So, you know, you hear their complaints and that and these people, they don’t have any complaints. They just want to make some money off of their property. And that’s why I tell them I’m here to help you. I said, you know, I’m not a real estate agent and you don’t have to pay that commission. So you’re going to make out better with me as opposed to a real estate agent. Things are picking up. What do you think the most enjoyable part is? Uh, after I close, that will probably be the most enjoyable part. Money. That’s it.
