Interview Summary

Robert and Dylan discovered Real Estate Sales LLC through local radio advertisements, but it was a relative’s positive experience with the program that ultimately convinced them to sign up. After speaking with Amy and having their many questions thoroughly answered over several weeks of discussions, they felt confident in the decision to invest. Robert emphasizes the importance of going into real estate with eyes wide open, noting that success requires real effort and is not for the faint of heart. He stresses that your potential is directly tied to the money you invest and the effort you put in — there are no guarantees, but the learning process is valuable even when things are challenging. The lead system and coaching have provided Robert and Dylan with the tools and knowledge to find properties, analyze deals, and negotiate with sellers. Robert prides himself on being completely transparent with buyers, selling them on a property’s potential rather than making empty promises. He believes that going into real estate cleanly and honestly is critically important for long-term success. Robert highly recommends the program to anyone willing to put in the work and approach the business with integrity.

All right. So, Dylan or Robert, being on with us today, is it okay that I share this with the company and with future investors? Yes. Robert, are you okay with that? Yes, I am. I’m sorry, but it’s all good. So, tell me why you chose real estate sales. We heard some radio advertisements here locally, and it was interesting, but, you know, the advertisements alone wasn’t enough to really convince us, but we had a relative who got involved with your program, and he had a lot of positive things to say, and then after speaking with Amy and, you know, her answering our, you know, six dozen questions and our discussions that went on for a few weeks, actually, you know, and then, you know, researching you guys thoroughly, a good program and, you know, good quality leads, which was really what was most important to us. But is there anything that you would tell somebody thinking of investing in real estate, especially deciding to work with us? I mean, you guys have been, especially you, Robert, you’ve been in this a long time. Is there anything you would tell a future investor? In regards to doing this, I would tell them that they have to go in with their eyes wide open, and it’s not for the faint of heart. You know, your potential is only as good as the money that you invest in the effort you put into it. There is no guarantee of success, you know, you have to really work for that. And even when you fail, you win because you should learn from that process. And in a complicated situation as real estate, you really have to understand what you’re getting into. We’ve done, you know, I’ve done contracts before, Dylan’s done tons of contracts and closings, and it’s always, you know, the devil’s in the details. You don’t want something to come back and bite you. So being diligent and being upfront with people is what, you know, when I presented this house to the buyers, we’re going to close on next week, I was completely upfront with them about what I knew, what I thought, and I think I sold them on the potential of the property. But none of that conversation included any guarantees. I didn’t tell them they could make a million dollars on the house. I didn’t even tell them the house was inhabitable because the house was in very rough shape. So no one had to avoid the landmines. And you go into real estate is critically important, because you want to go in clean, and you want to come out clean. So as far as somebody’s doing this, I would highly recommend it. In fact, I run across a lot of people and I have my whole life working crappy jobs for lack of a better word. You can see that little spark of salesmanship in them. And I tell each and every one of them go into real estate. I firmly believe that if you want to have unlimited potential in life, you need to work for yourself. And real estate is unlimited.
