Real Estate Sales LLC Coach Interview with Alex & Yolanda – Success story

Interview Summary

Alex and Yolanda chose Real Estate Sales LLC because of the strong return on investment compared to other franchise and business opportunities they were evaluating. Coming from a banking background, Alex was already familiar with real estate mortgages and saw the program as an opportunity to dive deeper into investing. The couple appreciated the comprehensive nature of the program — from the initial marketing presentation to the hands-on coaching and lead generation system. They were particularly drawn to the Flip Cheap Houses system, which provides motivated seller data and cash buyer leads in their specific market. The one-on-one coaching has been instrumental in helping them apply their existing knowledge to actual real estate investment deals. Alex and Yolanda have been working the system together as a couple, leveraging their combined banking experience with the investing strategies taught by their coach. They recommend the program to anyone with an interest in real estate who wants a structured, proven approach to getting started. Their story demonstrates how Real Estate Sales LLC helps professionals from related industries transition into active real estate investing.

I wanted to ask if it’s okay if I share this with the company and with future ambassadors. Yes. Absolutely. So why did you choose real estate sales? I’ll let you learn to go first. So the primary reason for myself and for us when we were looking at franchise and different things to do. It’s quite as simple. One, you know, we both come from a banking background. I’m familiar with dealing with, you know, real estate mortgages. You know, it’s funny when you look at that one of the initial marketing video, you know, it speaks to have you ever done this before? And it was something that, you know, I had done before but wanted to dive into a little bit deeper. But more importantly, I mean, plain and simple, the ROI, return on investment. We were looking at other opportunities to invest in and when he brought this to my attention, it was the most promising one out of the bunch. And I felt like it was something that we could do also with our work schedules as well. With real estate sales and their coaches, have we lived up to our to your expectations? Absolutely not. No, no, Jason, honestly, we’re not just saying this for the video. You’ve been great. You know, if anything, the whole of us probably been us just trying to make the adjustment with the little guy and, you know, our work schedules and then obviously you gonna always have some life things in the way we had a few. Yeah, you do an awesome job. You’re always responsive. And there we need help with questions. How important are the leads to your success? So, so the lead, the leads are great. You know, obviously, you know, once you really get started getting rolling and, you know, like today we made a couple of calls with and put together some big sheets that we sent you guys. It’s very helpful because, you know, just to try and do something like this, you know, going to the clerk of courts and starting yourself. It’d be very time consuming. How important is your mentor and the mentorship? Very important because without you, we wouldn’t know what we were doing. We’d be lost. You’re very influential as far as like the process and making sure that we’re on track because like you said, you know, life happens and sometimes we feel like we’re behind or not where we need to be primarily but without the mentorship, we probably would have stopped a long time ago. Okay, that’s your line to speaking. That’s not me speaking. We probably would have. We wouldn’t have stopped completely, but we probably wouldn’t have to you as consistently. Hey, Jason. Again, I love my wife. That’s her speaking. We have a vested interest. So while everything that you give us is great, we know it’s important for us to keep pushing through, but what’s very helpful is just having you there to more or less guide us and continually to direct us and not necessarily make us feel like, hey, you know, we’re behind, but you keep encouraging us and keep coaching us. So we appreciate that. So I want to interject here. I’m off to the side. Yeah. I want to interject here and ask, you know, we require all of our coaches to be investors as well. So we’re mentors, which means in my book and in our book that we run parallel with you. How important is the mentor that is investing just like you are that is doing the same thing you’re doing? How is it? How important is that to you? It’s extremely important because it lets us know that Jason has a vested interest and this is what he has skin in the game. And knowing that Jason has skin in the game and that, you know, he’s been doing this for a long period of time and he’s been successful, you know, that kind of gives us a target to shoot for in terms of knowing that he’s not just giving us advice based on reading the manual. He’s giving us advice based on day-to-day experience and being part of this process.
